Pride Month 2025 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️: Flag Raising at our Dubuis Site

On June 2nd, we celebrated the LGBTQ+ flag raising ceremony at Dubuis 🏳️‍🌈, officially marking the beginning of Pride Month. The rainbow colors will fly over our site throughout the month of June.

A Lasting Commitment

This tradition, which we have been perpetuating since 2018, demonstrates our commitment to diversity and inclusion. This symbolic gesture reflects our values and our support for the LGBTQ+ community 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️, as well as our desire to create a work environment where everyone can flourish fully, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Within the Epiroc group, the values of Inclusion and Diversity are promoted and disseminated daily by our CEO Helena Hedblom, our first engaging and most encouraging supporter.

Partnership with Le Refuge Association

Our commitment goes beyond symbolism. Dubuis maintains its partnership with Le Refuge association, a French foundation recognized as being of public utility that supports young LGBTQ+ adults who are victims of homophobia or transphobia. On June 12th, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Financial Director and the Director of Patronage of the Le Refuge Foundation to discuss our inclusion and diversity initiatives, and to consider the future of our collaboration. Dubuis is also a member of the association L’Autre Cercle, which works for the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people at work.

This flag raising🏳️‍🌈 reminds us of the importance of maintaining our efforts to build a more open and respectful professional world. The month of June is an opportunity to celebrate diversity in all its forms and to reaffirm our support for all our employees.
