PRESENTATION :

DUBUIS Outillages, with the technical participation of EDF-GDF Loir-et-Cher, has designed and developped a mechanical cable pulling system reducing the difficulties of passage of cables into underground tubes.
This system facilitates the pulling of cables without damaging them, reduces the physical efforts of operators, and permits to work from inside to outside and inversely.
The unit can be used with all types of EDF electric cables for connection and network (to HN33S33 standard).
No need of any tooling for using this unit.

COMPOSITION :

  • Steel folding up and down, indepedent and mobile tubular frame.

  • Petrol engine of 40 cm³ driving a motor-reduction with pull of capstan.
    (Petrol with a mix of 2 to 4% of 2-strokes oil)

  • An accelerator pedal.

  • As option : in case of indoor pulling, a hose for exhaust gases
    (5 meters long). Ptnb 69804

TECHNICAL DATAS :
  • The tubular frame (wheelbarrow type) is mobile, independent and folding up and down, to make the transport easier onto the site.
  • After open out of the frame (see demonstration), TK500 is positioned above the tube.
  • In case of indoor pulling, the hose for exhaust gases is necessary.
    After engine start, the operating pedal enables to adjust the roll-up speed of the cable (from 0 to 30 rpm).
    For complete security, the engine can be stopped with the emergency stop button.

    After work, TK500 is folded down for transportation.
  • In case of cables coming out a wall, 2 removable lateral arms enable to steady the TK500.

    Warning :

    The motor-reduction of TK500 cable pulling unit has been developped for alternate works, involving a non-intensive continuous use.
    This unit is designed for pulling and hauling operations and it is absolutely not approved for lifting of persons and industrial loads.
