| The XH250-R crimping head has been designed mainly for workshop crimping of 9 to 630 sqmm cables and especially for work on contact overhead lines (crimping bronze and stainless steel terminals for droppers). The principal advantage of this head is that it has been designed for a minimum life of 300.000 cycles. Because it is exclusively used in the workshop, weight has not been an important factor in its manufacture and its life time is therefore twenty times higher than the life of a comparable head designed for use in the field (where weight is a key element). |

The hydraulic XH250-R head is connected to a hose of 700 Bar hydraulic pump or group. It is delivered with a support enabling it to be fixed to a bench. |

The XH250-R head is ideal for use with the PHE706 hydraulic group and its dual foot control. | |

The double shaped 25DE85 dies have been developed in order, for example, to crimp bronze terminals in one go, as double shaped 25DE100 dies have been developed to crimp Coperit sleeves also in one go. | |

N.B. : All dies used with the type XH220 head are compatible with our XH250-R head.
