Reamer drill (clamping by end type Weldon 19 mm)

 Ptnb. 80164 : 13,5 mm.
Ptnb. 80165 : 19 mm.
Ptnb. 80166 : 22 mm.

Reamer drill is particularly adapted for drilling electrical connection and includes 2 steps :
1 part drilling and 1 part reaming, which guarantee the surface quality, geometry and dimension of the hole.
Life time for a reamer drill in normal use and for a rail of grade 900 is 100 holes, before it has to be reground (2 re-sharpings maximum).

Adapter permitting to fix the reamer drill 13,5 mm, with hexagonal end on our different types of drilling machines.
This adapter also permits the use of reamer drill with cylindrical end (with addition of adapted nippers to cylindrical end diameters).

Required energy is lower than drilling with a reamer drill, so that il allows drilling up to 36 mm.
